Service Description
This session is for learners who have purchased the 5-lesson package. Please use the booking system to choose the date and time for your first lesson. We will take care of scheduling the remaining sessions together during or after this first meeting. We begin with your first lesson and use this time to understand your level, your gaps, and how you currently build sentences. From there, we start working directly on your Turkish while also setting a clear direction for the next sessions. This is not a one-off lesson. It is the starting point of a structured process. After this session, we schedule the remaining lessons together based on your availability and learning rhythm.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a fair and respectful learning experience for both parties, please review the booking policy below. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Once payment is confirmed, refunds are not available for cancellations initiated by the client. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not accepted. New bookings close 12 hours before the session start time. If a client does not attend the session at the scheduled time, the session is considered completed. In rare cases where the instructor is unable to conduct the session due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued at the instructor's discretion. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
