Distance Sales Contract

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

The purchased service consists of live online Turkish lessons provided on a specific date and time.  
The duration, content, and price of the service are clearly stated on the relevant service page.  
This is a digital service; no physical products or shipment are involved.

4. Payment  
Payments are processed securely via the iyzico payment infrastructure using credit or debit cards.  
The service will not be provided until payment is completed.

5. Right of Withdrawal  
In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services scheduled for a specific date and time.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling  
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are stated on each service page and are accepted by the Buyer upon purchase.

7. Entry into Force  
By purchasing a service through www.learnturkishwithseda.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Contract.  

This Contract enters into force electronically at the time of purchase.
